Search and Recover Product Guide, excerpt (PDF - 3 pages) This document is part of a Product Guide that I wrote and designed. Product guides introduce readers to the product and give high-level instruction on its use.
RoboHelp troubleshooting (PDF - 3 pages) I created this document for the company's localization team that was encountering errors in their translated help systems.
System Mechanic Help (HTM) I created this online product help system in RoboHelp. I also designed this system to be used as in-product help, in a .CHM format with context-sensitive mapping.

Urban Health e-Library (HTM) I created this web site as the final project for a web design course. I used coding in XHTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, and incorporated RSS feeds, embedded videos, and gadgets.
